What happens next?

Confirmation Email
Within a few minute of seeing this thank you page. You will recieve an email confirming that we have received your order. In this email you will see:
- Your first name and text letting you know we received your order and it is being processed
- A reminder of what you ordered in our "Order Summary"
- Customer Notes (if you left us notes)
- Billing and Shipping address. As well as your phone number and email
If any of the information you see in the email is not correct please let us know at [email protected]. This email will be at the bottom of this and every email you receive.
Processing completion email
After we have packaged, labeled and dropped off your order at a carrier location. You will recieve an email with :
- Your name and "We have finished processing your order." message
- A reminder of what you ordered under "Order Summary"
- Customer Note (if you left us a note)
- Tracking information - you can click on the tracking number to be taken to the tracking page of the carrier website. Note : tracking does not start until your order is shipped.

Discrete Delivery
Your VitaMac jar will be delivered in a plain brown cardboard box.
Note: One of our ingredients is honey which becomes more liquid in warmer temperatures. Which might happen during delivery. To bring the product back to a more solid state, keep refrigerated or in cooler temperatures.
